Pat Anderson is Senior Vice President of Topmark Advisors. She is a seasoned executive recruiter with over 27 years of experience in the industry. Her knowledge crosses all industries and functions with an emphasis on senior leadership and management roles. Among these are CEO, COO, CFO and Board Director assignments. Most recently, she has covered a wide variety of industries including industrial, high technology, healthcare, financial services, private equity and Fortune 100 companies.
Prior to joining Topmark Advisors in 2006, Pat successfully ran her own executive search firm, where she managed a variety of assignments across a broad spectrum of industries. Previously she was with Webb, Johnson & Associates & SpencerStuart in executive search.
Pat attended Marymount Manhattan College and volunteers with the local United Way. She is married and has two children and pursues a love of tennis, swimming and hiking in her spare time.
