The founders realized that there is a distinct need in the marketplace for an extreme high quality boutique offering highly individualized, custom-tailored executive search services in the Board arena. For the past 14 years the principals worked on a variety of recruiting assignments for vastly different Boards of Directors. Why not a firm solely focused on the Board arena to recruit Board Directors, conduct Board Composition Analysis, and when the need arises and appropriate, handle Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer recruiting assignments?
With the support of the partners of Hunt Howe Partners, the firm was spooled up inside the firm as Hunt Howe Advisors and spun out to stand on its own as Topmark Advisors.
